$185.00 a night, April 1, to June 14, 5 night minimum

$195.00 a night, June 15, to August 31, 5 night minimum

$185.00 a night, September 1, to December 20, 5 night minimum

$250.00 a night, December 20, to January 5, 5 night minimum

$125 cleaning fee

11.41% Hawaii accommodation tax added.

POLICIES

RESERVATION DEPOSITS:

$300 Security Deposit + one nights rent,required to secure reservation. Payable by check or credit card using Paypal
Reservations not secured until deposit is received
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
We accept Master Card, Visa and Amex.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:

Cancellations must be received 60 days before date of arrival to receive deposit refund (minus $75 processing fee).
Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before date of arrival.
During the Christmas holiday season there are no refunds for any cancellations or changes received 60 days or less from arrival date
No refunds for early departure.
